Madam Efundem Faith Enow is an accomplished public health leader with over 25 years of experience in program design, community health workforce development, and health systems strengthening across Africa. She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Birmingham Newman University and a BSc in Public Health from York St. John University, UK.

A recognized expert in results-based program implementation, Mme. Efundem has led multi-country initiatives in partnership with UNICEF, the International Rescue Committee, Catholic Relief Services, and national health ministries. Her work includes scaling up community health worker (CHW) programs, integrating gender- and equity-focused approaches, and piloting innovative social enterprise models to sustain primary healthcare services in low-resource settings.

Mme. Efundem is a member of the Global Health Workforce Alliance and the International Society for Equity in Health. She is widely respected for her ability to bridge government, NGO, and donor priorities, ensuring impactful and sustainable health outcomes for underserved communities.
