1.1 Subject of the Present Call for Tender
The Executive Director (ED) of GHSS announces an open national call for the Supply of materials for EST Participants, to Global Health Systems Solutions.
1.2. Prospective Candidates
The present call is open to Suppliers duly recognized by Cameroon law
1.3 Composition of Files
The files of the prospective bidders must contain;
1. Submission Letter
2. Business Registration Certified true Copy
3. Attestation of Tax Conformity
4. Tax Payer Card photocopy
5. Attestation of Non-Bankruptcy
6. Bank Attestation
7. Localisation Plan
Prospective suppliers can visit GHSS Office at Denver-Bonamoussadi, Douala, and Littoral Region of Cameroon or Call our office, to obtain more information about the supplies.
1.4 Receivable Offers
Suppliers should submit Quotations of the said items to the following email addresses
procurement@ghsscm.org.
Quotations should contain a detailed description of the items, quantities and price as seen on List Item 1.5. The date line for receiving quotes is the 18 th of March 2026.
