This program aims to empower 15,000 vulnerable young people, with at least 70% being young women, promoting economic autonomy and financial inclusion. The target population includes internally displaced persons (IDPs), refugees, low-educated youths, rural youths, disabled individuals, and young mothers.
Over three years, the program will support young people in securing dignified and fulfilling work while enhancing their resilience and overall quality of life. Building on Year 1’s successes, the second year of intervention will focus on improving educational attainment, vocational training, and entrepreneurial opportunities for disadvantaged youth across six regions (Northwest, Southwest, Littoral, West, Far North, and East). For the year, 2025, the project aims to reach over 4,150 participants, providing the skills, resources, and support systems needed to empower youth, foster self-employment, and facilitate their integration into the workforce.
