AN OPEN NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER No 002/ED/GHSS/2026, FOR THE SUPPLY OF HEALTH INSURANCE SERVICES FOR THE EEE PROJECT TO GLOBAL HEALTH SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS (GHSS)
1.1 Subject of the Present Call for Tender
The Executive Director (ED) of GHSS announces an open national call for tender for the supply of Health Insurance Services For staff working under the Education and Economic Empowerment Project.
1.2. Prospective Candidates
The present call for tender is open to insurance companies that are duly recognized by the law of Cameroon and the Regional Insurance Supervisory Commission of the Inter-African Conference for Insurance Markets known by its French acronym as CIMA.

1.5 Deposit of Offers
Each offer to the tender should be written in either English or French and in two copies and sealed in an A4 envelope addressed to the Executive Director, Global Health Systems Solutions (GHSS); and marked, ”Very Confidential’’. The date line to submit the quote is on or before 30th March 2026.
It should be noted that the coverage period is between 5 and 10 months.
NB:
Certified true copies of the administrative and legal documents must be less than three (03) months old.
