AN OPEN NATIONAL CALL No 0027/ED/GHSS/2024 FOR THE HEALTH INSURANCE SERVICES TO GLOBAL HEALTH SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS (GHSS) IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC
1.1 Subject of the Present Call for Supply
The Executive Director (ED) of GHSS announces an open national call for the supply of Health insurance services to Global Health Systems Solutions.
1.2. Prospective Candidates
The present call for tender is open to insurance companies that are duly recognized by the law of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the Regional Insurance Supervisory Commission of the Inter-African Conference for Insurance Markets known by its French acronym as CIMA.

1.4 Deposit of Offers
Each offer to the tender should be written in either English or French and in two copies and sealed in an A4 envelope addressed to the Executive Director, Global Health Systems Solutions (GHSS); and marked, ‘’Very Confidential’’.
1.5 Receivable Offers
Bidders must submit certified true copies of their administrative and legal documents and these must not be more than three (03) months old. Suppliers should submit Quotations of the said products to the following email address procurement@ghsscm.org. The deadline for receiving quotes is 28th SEPTEMBER 2024
