AN OPEN NATIONAL CALL FOR PURCHASE No 0026/ED/GHSS/2022 FOR THE SUPPLY OF MATERIALS TO GLOBAL HEALTH SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS (GHSS)
1.1 Subject of the Present Call for Supply
The Executive Director (ED) of GHSS, announces an open national call for the supply of materials to Global Health Systems Solutions.
1.2. Prospective Candidates
The present call is open to companies duly recognized by The Democrative Republic of Congo Laws
1.3. Composition of Files
Prospective suppliers can visit GHSS Offiice at Quantum Building Boulevard Du 30 Juin No 8177 Gombe-Kinshasa or Call our office, to obtain more information about the supplies.
1. 4 DEPOSIT OF OFFERS
Each offer to the tender should be written in either English or French and in two copies and sealed in an A4 envelope addressed to the Executive Director, Global Health Systems Solutions (GHSS); and marked, ‘’Very Confidential’’. The deadline to submit the quote is on or before 15th SEPTEMBER 2022.
1.5 RECEIVABLE OFFERS
Bidders must submit certified true copies of their administrative and legal documents and these must not be more than three (03) months old. Suppliers should submit Quotations of the said products to the following email addresses
