AN OPEN NATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER No 0024/ED/GHSS/2022, FOR THE SUPPLY OF
INSURANCE SERVICES TO GLOBAL HEALTH SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS (GHSS)

1.1. SUBJECT OF THE PRESENT CALL FOR TENDER
The Executive Director (ED) of GHSS announces an open national call for tender for the supply of
Insurance Services to Global Health Systems Solutions.

1.2 PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES
The present call for tender is open to insurance companies that are duly recognized by the law of
Cameroon and the Regional Insurance Supervisory Commission of the Inter-African Conference for
Insurance Markets known by its French acronym CIMA. Prospective candidate shall maintain
comprehensive/Commercial general liability insurance and such, other insurance that a reasonable person
would obtain under the circumstances as may be reasonably determined by the Prospective
candidates. Such insurance shall confirm that the foundation is insured in relation to the program activities
and duties and obligations of the party under this Agreement. ( The activities include; Creation and setting
up of vaccination centers, logistics of the vaccination centers, remuneration of vaccinators, data managers,
and vaccination centers managers, remuneration of project coordinators and supervisors, logistics of mass
communication campaign and other related activities). This project shall run in 9 Countries, which
are; Cameroon, Democratic Republic Of Congo, Congo Brazaville, Gabon, Burundi, Sao Tome, Central
Africa Republic, Equatorial Guinea, and Chad.

1.4 DEPOSIT OF OFFERS
Each offer to the tender should be written in either English or French and in two copies and sealed in an
A4 envelope addressed to the Executive Director, Global Health Systems Solutions (GHSS); and
marked, ‘’Very Confidential’’. The deadline to submit the quote is on or before 30 th JULY 2022.

1.5 RECEIVABLE OFFERS
Bidders must submit certified true copies of their administrative and legal documents and these must not
be more than three (03) months old.
